[redacted] was a tenant in our facility. I feel bad that she lost her room due to nonpayment. Like she stated she has been late on a few occasion and we have work with her in the past. This time she went past the allowed time and her room was auctioned.  She stated she made a payment in February...

but out system stated other wise.  I told her if she could bring her receipt of proof then we are held responsible.  When [redacted] brought in her receipt I notice it was a bogus one. [redacted] we run our business on anniversary which makes her paid to date the [redacted] of every month her receipt showed she is paid to the [redacted] of the month.  2nd our late fee is $25 per month her receipt reflected $30. Lastly her font and character size is way of from ours. I feel bad for her loss but there is nothing I can do. The things that are left behind she can gladly have. Attached is the [redacted] page of her lease her move in receipt and the receipt she brought in for February payment. Thank You
