Review: Fall 2014, Red Diamond was doing road work on our home owners association road. They dumped loads of rock and drove their equipment on our property without our permission. This damaged a small portion of our property, killing the grass. We told them to stop, which they did, and asked them what they would do to repair the damage. We were told they would have the area hydroseeded. Later that fall, we were told it was too late to do the hydroseeding that year, and it would be Spring 2015. They were contacted 3/24/15, 4/27/15 and 6/16/15. During the 4/27 phone call, Mike (the owner) said Darryl is scheduling things and it would be soon. No response from the 6/16 phone call.Desired Settlement: We want the promised hydro seeding completed at a time of year when it has a chance to grow.

This company is the contractor for the City of Spokane Street Project #[redacted]- The Linclon/ Monroe project. For two Saturdays in a row the company has started work at 6am. Work of this sort, in this type of residential area is not supposed to start until 7 am. This is the sort of law I am sure the company is familiar with, just choosing to avoid.
