I have had a horrible experience with the owner of Red Dirt Roofing out of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.The man has no idea how to speak with customers. He is rude, arrogant and does not know how to speak without making threats. I asked for communication during the rains in May. He ghosted me until I said that I would ask for a refund of the deposit. His work crew finally found a dry day and came out. One of his crew fell off my house and nobody from the company came to investigate. The crew on my roof was too busy watching for and hiding from police in the neighborhood to be safe.Then we found that the roof now has a sagging spot in it and the edge of the roof is curling upwards. They were supposed to replace guttering and that still hasn't been done. This owner says he came by and checked on the progress but how much can you see by driving by the home and not speaking with anyone? I will definitely tell all of my friends and family stay away from this company. They are not worth dealing with!
