RE:  Mr. [redacted]        [redacted]        Crowley, Tx 76036To whom it may concern,This is my formal reply to Mr. [redacted] accusations against my company.  First I would like to start off by saying the work he required us to do by slandering my company on our neighborhood app, home advisor and also now the Revdex.com.  I was contracted by Mr. [redacted] to replace his roof for a cash price of $8700.00.  My crews were there and installed the roof in a matter of 2 and a half days.  The shingles had not had a chance to seal properly the day after the job was finished.  To top it off my crew damaged a few stained glass ornaments and a couple of bushes.  The moment I found out about the damaged items I began asking where to get those so I could replace them.  I personally ordered the ornaments and plants and had them delivered to the [redacted] home.  My lawn guy went and installed the plants days later only because the [redacted] refused to lay the plants where they wanted them installed.  Then I received a call that the shingles weren't laying down.  This was the end of September and our temperatures had not reached a point to seal them properly yet.  Against my better judgement I climbed the roof and put sealant under the spots they were complaining about.  The wife came out cussing me and screaming at me because she didn't think I had been there trying to take care of even though Mr. [redacted] was there everytime I came by.  At that moment I decided to go ahead and explain I need the remaining payment by the end of day.  Mr. [redacted] was understanding and explained his wife was having a horrible day because her daughter had decided to move out.  I went home and decided to help more outside of the contract.  The home has apparent foundation issues which is making the rafters bow up and make a line up the roof.  I sent a contractor down that Mr. [redacted] had met and from that moment things went a different route.  Each week it was something new my soffit is messed up from your roof my facia doesnt match.  When I explained I have gone above and beyond my contract for the roof Mr. [redacted] started DEMANDING I fix these areas that had nothing to do with the roof.  I explained I have spent $1,000.00 out of my own pocket to fix items that weren't on our contract.  Then he started telling me to lawyer up and he was going to blast my company on facebook and next door app and the Revdex.com.  I stopped entertaining his threats and explained I would put a lien on his home for the Money I have spent out of my own pocket to repair his soffit, facia and siding again none of that was on our contract for the roof.  After a weekend of him slandering my company on these various websites I still had my contractor come to his home and finish the job.  He has since removed all the negative remarks that I know of.  This was received later and I do not want any bad marks againts my company for this situation at all.  Hopefully this helps tell the "other" side of this story.Owner[redacted]
