Lease maintenance requirements are not being met.
According to the lease, tenants are prohibited from handling any maintenance responsibilities, yet we have not had the property mowed/weed eaten/edged since August 11th.
Texts sent to this property manager Friday September 4th have been ignored.
I would like the property manager to be on top of all maintenance issues as laid out in the lease.
Was not aware that the lawn company stopped showing up to mow the lawn, since this property is in Ocala and we are in Orlando, we are not driving by it daily to notice. The tenant informed Red Door that the lawn has not been mowed in 3 weeks at the time and I contacted the lawn company, who did not respond after 48 hours. That company has since been fired and I have hired a new company who is taking care of all 3 properties in Ocala today (Monday Sept 14 2020). From the date I was informed of the lawn at the beginning of September until now has been 10 days.
With the way of the world currently, including this pandemic, trades have been hard to find and keep working. If I would have known the old lawn company wasn't servicing the property properly, I would have found a new one sooner.
