I have filed a small claims court claim in Clermont comr s*** was given the opportunity to fix the situation for a fraction of the amount I feel I am owed and he ignored my requestI will now try and recoup my loss through the court

The business stated they offered full services of mold remediation which included wiping down the interior walls.  The customer declined because he needed to stay on budget and didn't want that done right away.  They only wiped down the crawl space and floor joists and sealed it with fiber...

lock (mold resistant paint).  They wanted to do the $69 mold test but the customer didn't want that either.   Instead he has now paid for a more expensive test which they are not going to reimburse him for.
