Red Dragon Comics

Review: Back on April [redacted] of 2012, I won a "pre-sale" action on ebay for $207.98 which was immediately paid for though Paypal. I was contacted by Red Dragon Comics through email telling me that they would let me know as soon as the item arrived and would ship out soon after. I took me so long to take action because these pre-sale items sometimes take up to a year to arrive from Hong Kong and I really wasn't in a hurry. Once I realized that the product had arrived in many other stores I decided to contact the seller to find out where my item was. After sending two emails, which included their original email and proof of payment from from Paypal, I never received any response. I looked up the phone number, (###-###-####), on the internet and it just goes to a strage voicemail. AS I did a little more research online it seems as this seller has scammed many other people off of ebay so I didn't know what to do as after a certain period of time, I have no recourse with ebay or Paypal. Like I stated, I do have an email from the seller contain all of the auctions numbers and paypal transaction number as well as proof of payment from paypal as well.Desired Settlement: The desired outcome would be to have my $207.98 retured to me as like I said above, I never received what I paid for. In the emails I did send to the seller I mentioned that I would be willing to work with him to get a different item in exchange if he no longer had the item I wanted in stock but neither one of the emails were returned. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
