merit. The business does not use frozen items. The business takes pride in their cooking abilities and under cooking a meal would be nearly impossible. Pork and chicken are actually cooked twice in all meals before they are served to customers. * As far as the eggs being present in the rice, it is a common ingredient in fried rice. Customer never mentioned any food allergies before ordering. There is an actual sign in front of the register alerting customers to inform business of any allergies before ordering. Even without food allergies, accommodating customers is common practice with the business.*Customer request for a refund was denied as their reasons for it were not acceptable. Their claims of poor quality were untrue. The actual quality of the food is consistent with traditional authentic Chinese food. If the customer is not familiar with authentic Chinese food and does not wish to experiment with that type of food, then they would be better off going to a more Americanized Chinese food establishment. After customer was denied refund, they became very irrational and started raising their voice. They were being disrespectful and disturbing the peace of the dining environment. At this point, under no obligation, business offered a 50% refund, and customer accepted and signed receipt(please see attached).Based on the sequence of events that occurred and false allegations presented, business believes they are owed an apology from the customer. The request for a full refund is denied. Unfortunately, it may be best if the customer and the business dissolve their relationship completely. Hopefully she is able to find a Chinese food restaurant that fits her taste.
