I paid for an item back in January. Never received it. Sent multiple emails and [redacted] messages. No response. I ordered a sign on January 26, 2016. She told me it would be 4-5 weeks before it would ship because she had gotten a ton of orders at the same time for that sign, which was completely fine and understandable. She sent me the invoice on January 27 for $62 ($50 for the sign and $12 for shipping) and I paid This amount on January 28 via the Cash app through [redacted] which is the invoice she sent me. My transaction number is [redacted] I received an email on March 27 stating that she realized she didn't have my address. I immediately replied to the email with my address that same day. I received back an automated reply about them being on a mini break with their kids. That was the last time she made contact with me. I sent her an email May 17 and another June 23 checking on my sign, neither of which she responded to. On July 8, I decided to send her a [redacted] message explaining that I had sent her emails with no replies and that I had still not received my sign and that I just wanted to check in and see what was going on. 10 days later and no reply. So On July 18, I tried to send another [redacted] message, and she had blocked me. I was just going to write a poor review on the business [redacted] page but because she had already blocked me, I was unable to post it. My husband also tried to post the review but he had already been blocked as well even though he has had no prior contact with her.Desired SettlementAll I want is a refund of my $62 back.
