Red Flower Chinese Restaurant

Review: On 9-24-2014 my wife and I placed a telephone order to this facility. Part of the order was 3 Cheese Wontons. There were sweet cheese wontons in the order (which are completely different). When I attempted to explain that we had ordered something other than what was in the container, the owner of the facility rolled her eyes at me and said "Oh my god, can't you understand?" I told her that I understood just fine, and that what we wanted and what was in the bag were totally different things. She provided me with what I had ordered, and I left the restaurant. When I told my wife about the incident and advised her that we would not be returning, she did not accept that. She made the decision that we would return the food and eat somewhere else. When she spoke with the owner, the owner advised her that they would not provide a refund for the food and that she should order more correctly the next time. We disposed of the food in a trash can and purchased food from a different restaurant.Desired Settlement: This type of service is unacceptable, even in a small town. I would like for the owner to pen a personal apology to my wife and I for the way that we were treated and for the level of disrespect we endured. I would also like a refund in the amount of $14.41.
