I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowIt Was never discussed with us that the forms were expired. We would not have paid someone to fill out expired forms that would have been rejected by [redacted].

Contract was signed March 17, 2014 between Red Hawk and the [redacted].  Site visit occurred on March 29, 2014.  Red Hawk Engineering moved out of [redacted] which caused a delay.  Completed forms sent via pdf in an email dated July 17, 2014.  At that time, it was discussed with the...

[redacted] that the forms were expired but they were the only forms available.  On November 3, 2014 the [redacted] sent an email stating the form was expired.  Red Hawk Engineering reviewed the new forms.  Additional work would be required to complete the new forms and estimated that additional work to be $200 to complete the new forms.  The [redacted] have now taken this route.  We are requesting that this complaint be removed as the forms would have been accepted had they been submitted shortly after provided.  Thank you,

We offered a 50% refund on the retainer of $800, and did not allude that the plan was a complete plan that could be bid and built from, it was labeled Draft.  The contract for a completed plan is $1800.  The pdf provided was simply to show the progress that was made that reflects effort exceeding 50% of the retainer.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

The plan that [redacted] supplied in the complaint is incomplete.  I have submitted the plan to two grading contractors and they cannot complete the work off this drawing.  I will not accept the 50% refund.  One told me a blank sheet of paper would have been more helpful.  I will go to the [redacted] and small claims court.  Thank you.
