I've been a tenant renting from them for two years now. We just bought our first new home so we are no longer renting. Yea! Overall Red Hawk was great to be our landlord. They always treated us with respect and answered thier phone when we called with a concern. When we moved out we had no problems at all getting our deposit back. Actually ,they did charge us for the carpet not being cleaned but we expected that.
I hope we never have to rent again, but if we did we would call Red Hawk.

Terrible. At first glance the house seemed fine with some exceptions on the roof. A big storm hit and it lost a chunk, right on my table. As the tenant I contacted them multiple times, when I finally got an answer they gave me the runaround and told me they had spoken with my father, who doesn't even live in the house and isn't on the lease. LOL.

Please save yourself the trouble and use another company.

This property management company is a joke!! DO NOT RENT A HOME FROM THEM!! We had a crack in our master shower that we notified them immediately when it happened. They did not even attempt to fix it for 6 months! Then they just slapped a silly patch on it that did nothing but crack again a few days later! Of course a crack in the shower cause water leakage underneath the shower and then created a mold issue in our bathroom and master closet. Not only did we have to stop using the shower, I personally dealt with upper respiratory issues for over a month. We have 2 young kids and no matter what they would not fix the mold. So we ended up moving out.

After moving out the broker, Jerry Centner, was supposed to do a walk through with us and cancelled a few hours before. Then they did the walk through without us, sending us a bill!!! The bill included repainting and texturing the walls when we patched all the nail holes from hanging pictures, nothing bigger than a normal nail. I didn't know you aren't allowed to hang pictures in your home! Nothing in our lease states that we had to repaint or anything! They charged us $2500 for that. If they would have just done the walk through with us we could have worked out making the repairs ourselves if they saw something that was not normal wear and tear.

Not only that but we tried to meet up with Jerry to discuss the issues and try to resolve the matter. He finally got back to us and we agreed to meet on a Saturday at his office in Mesa. We show up and no one is there. The only phone number we have is the office number so I sent him an email with pictures of our time stamp that we showed up and he didn't. Finally he emails me back and claims he sent a cancellation email to me because he had to go to a birthday celebration his wife planned for him. I'm sorry but then don't make plans to meet with your clients if its your birthday! That was so unprofessional. We wanted to make amends and work with them but they never intended to work with us. We are great tenants and I can have every landlord from other places prove that, but this company I will never rent from again. Thankfully now we have purchased our own home.

This company is completely unprofessional, not compassionate of their tenants, falsely advertise their rental properties, & their business integrity. I have had to pay for more money in application fees, processing fees, mailbox re-keying fees, and now email notification fees then I could have ever thought possible. I might as well have bought a house with the amount of money I have had to pay for this rental property. The customer service for this company has the property owners within their best interest and treat the tenants as if they are unimportant and with extreme rudeness & attitude. I am absolutely astounded that companies are aloud to treat hard working Americans in such a horrible manner, and basically steal money from you within their hidden lease clauses, and mis-worded terminologies & get away with it. I am going to notify the [redacted] about this company and their thieving practices.

I am so disappointed in how this company is ran! I was a great tenant paid on time kept that house clean and took care of it as if it was my own!

Hubby is a carpenter and fixed painted the walls!

I specifically asked to be called for the walk through. I called and spoke with rude [redacted]! She told me [redacted] does the walk throughs and she would forward my info to [redacted]. [redacted] was on vacation so I waited patiently for him to get back. Still no call. I emailed rude [redacted] on my 14th business day to see where my check was. I assumed everything was ok they never called me for a walk through. Got the check on the 14th day. So disappointed that they took so much money out for nothing from my deposit. I specifically asked for a walk through to make sure everything was ok.

I already contacted Revdex.com and a lawyer. I will make sure that a tenant will not be treated this way. Rude [redacted] is so unprofessional when I talkntomher every time. She needs to be a better customer service person if sheis the office manager!

She also had the nerve to ask why I am sending her emails when I never got a call from so called [redacted]!!!!!

Please make sure if you are renting from this company you get your walk through when asked!!! Hope [redacted] goes back to school to learn how to talk to people! Yes I was rude but upset when ingot a check less than 600$ than expected! I should of not wasted my time and left the house with holes and not spent my time cleaning all the time and enjoy my kids! SCREW U RED HAWK!!! Especially [redacted]!

I recently viewed a beautiful property managed by Red Hawk and was blown away by the lack of customer service shown by their employees from the beginning to end. In general I try to give people benefit of the doubt, but this company takes the cake.. First the receptionist was beyond rude, the leasing agent unprofessional and the actual lease terms seem highway robbery.. They require you pay $50.00 app fee, per adult, get renters insurance(100,000 limit) showing Red Hawk & the "owner" as additional insured (You are renting NOT BUYING) and lastly will not disclose the actual contract terms till after the earnest deposit has been paid, which is NONREFUNDABLE !! regardless of agreeing to the actual contract. None of this information is actually available on their website till after you apply.. Red Hawk Realty & Property regardless of what they say IS not in the best interest for anyone other than RED HAWK.. I was lucky enough to not sign anything and feel I should warn anyone thinking of renting from Red Hawk.
