Red Lion Glass

Edgar came to my house contracted with me for glass doors. He took deposit of $250 for a $700 total job. Then never returned. I have been trying to get my $250 back for 6 months with nothing excuses after excuses.

Please help

Contracted to have glass railing and shower enclosures installed paid a deposit in early September of 2019. The job has not been done nor have the materials been delivered.
Edgar, owner, has continuously ignored text messages and phone calls (voicemail usually full) when he does reply he will state various excuses or say he is coming and not show nor call to say he is not coming. Every few weeks he will schedule the install then not show again he was on his way then said he had an accident and needed to reorder the glass. He has more than a 50% deposit. I have tried being patient and have given him several chances to resolve this issue.
