A refund of $17.18 has been credited to the VISA account ending in [redacted] for the pet fees posted on May 4, 2015. The pet fee was not posted in error. The customer used the third party travel agent [redacted] aka [redacted] to book the reservation. In no way was the pet fee included in...
the room rate that was booked. We understand that [redacted] does not have the travelers best interest in mind and gave them bad information indicating that the pet fee was included. We will absorb the cost of the pet fee and hope that the customer will book directly with us in the future, avoiding this confusion in the future.Regards,[redacted]General Manager
