Review: Intially when I got the contract, I was told that the whole insulation job will be finished in a day. At the day the when the insulation was scheduled, the crew showed up at 3:00PM, and told that there are here not to install the insulation but just to leave the insulation and will come tomorrow early morning to install it. When I spoke to the supervisor, he told that the job is not cleaned so that why they could not install it. When the crew was telling something different. I made the supervisor clear that I have inspection scheduled in 2 days and if the inspection fails I have to wait another 3 weeks to get re-insppection. He promised that the crew will be here early tomorrow.

Next day I kept calling the office and the supervisor, and did not got any response, untill 1:00PM when the supervisor told me that the crew will be here in one hour and will finish today for the inspection tomorrow.

The crew came at 2:00PM and left at 5:00PM and just completed 30% work, and again the supervisor promised that the crew will come tomorrow early morning and will finish before noon tomorrow, and if the inspection can be done after noon.

The day of inspection the crew came at 9:00AM and kept working and did finish (not completey) by 5:00PM.

I failed the inspection and it costed me $1000 to get another inspection. If I was told in advance that they will not be able to finish the work on time, I would have rescheduled to hired someone else.

Also they did not insulated the walls of Garrage, which is attached to house and under the master bedroom, even the contract says that they will do the parameter walls.Desired Settlement: Should give me refund to cover the costs associated with delay and additional insulation
