RevDex.com: I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] My issue is with having to pay a depreciation cost for a gate when the insurance claim paid them. Yes, we had to pay this depreciation fee in order that this company would release our trailer. If this is their normal policy. This company did not lock the gate on us when the gate was first damaged, they only locked it on us when the insurance paid and they still wanted more money from us. I am not satisfied with this type of insurance scam and will seek further legal action.
