again that for a even deep polish you first have to hone it. 3 days later when job was complete Phil came by and we went over the whole job, he was happy and paid the balance. the next morning he called and said his wife did not like it and I NEEDED TO REDO THE JOB. WE SET A TIME I COULD MEET WITH HIM AND HIS WIFE TO RE-EXPLAIN THE PROCESS. 2 days later I sat outside his vacant home for an hour with no response from several calls and texts.Finally sent a text saying I was leaving and recieved an imediate response stating that we redo some spots and someone named Mike would look at it. we did touch up spots to no avail. it has to be honed befor polish for an even shine. the extra expense was $1750.00, Once again the customer wanted to go the cheap route and was happy with the result.
