What an awesome company to do business with. Customer service is above and beyond, Jenny at the Apache junction store was so helpful. Ivan and crew who did the tile were the most professional guys I have ever dealt with. Bo also amazing with his final visit and making sure that everything was done to his standards and that everything was done to my satisfaction as well. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants flooring and wants it done right.

Red Mountain Carpet and Tile has been an excellent company to work with for our remodeling project from start to finish. Their staff is knowledgeable on handling all the details that go into a remodeling project. They have experienced installers that know how to handle all remodeling situations. The staff and installers all were courteous and aimed to please their customer's needs and satisfaction. I will recommend Red Mountain Carpet and Tile to anyone that asks for my opinion about the services that they provide.

In 2006, [redacted] & his crew at Red Mountain installed a new floor in my retail store, [redacted]. I was not sure what the best flooring solution was for me but [redacted] came to my store with samples and was so helpful. The installers were prompt, clean, fast & courteous. Without hesitation I would recommend them to anyone, residential or commercial. Most recently, January 2015, I had two bedrooms of carpet installed. Again, they got my job done within just a few weeks. Thanks again Red Mountain!

We spent thousands with this company, only to be treated terribly. Originally, when we began working with Red Mt. we were quite pleased. They have some very nice employees. Particularly [redacted], who is at their other store near Gilbert and Baseline, he is wonderful! However, the owner, [redacted] is Not! Red Mt. made 3 wrong ordering errors in this long process of getting all of our floors replaced and a kitchen backsplash done. They left messes and unfinished work after the floors, so we had to call etc. We were polite and patient with them allowing for the mistakes, the backsplash alone took from Jan 29-Feb 14th! But, the owner felt it was totally fine to be rude and talk down to us if we questioned wrong orders. It was insane really and we have to wonder why. I am left believing that we were discriminated against. I can’t take time to write the whole long ordeal, but I will never do business with them again. I am sorry that they got so much money from us when there are many great companies we could have used.

I have used Red Mountain on three major project in my home in Scottsdale. It starts with the amazing sales person, Bill Knable, honest and straight forward. The project has always costs what was quoted. Their project manager, Jenni, then keep you up to date on all the details. People show up when planned and have done amazing work. Tom, with Rapid Custom, take extreme pride in his work and the workmanship and end results show it.

I have done many renovations and know what a nightmare it can be. I have NEVER had that experience with this company. If I have had any concerns or questions Bill or the owner Rick are right on top of it and address things to my satisfaction. I can't say enough good things about this company. I have never written a review before as I have very high standards and never had experience that warranted it --- until Red Mountain!
