Hello, I received a 2nd letter from Revdex.com with [redacted] ’s response that she was not the person who came into the salon on April to discuss a refund After checking with the employees, it appears that yes we confused her with another person However, upon reviewing our sisheet at the receptionist desk for that day (copy attached), it appears nobody by the name of Jamieson Lawson signed in I have also reviewed all the salon register and credit card receipts for that day and can find no evidence of a person named “Lawson” was charged for any services Does she have a receipt or other evidence she received services at the salon that day? We are not trying to be difficult here, but we have had several instances of people attempting to get a refund who never received any services If [redacted] can show she was a customer that day, then we will contact our insurance company to arrange for an investigation and possible reimbursement for her medical expenses She will need to produce all her medical receipts of course We have kept our original sisheet and salon receipts for that day, as the insurance company will want to see them as wellHello, I received a letter from Revdex.com concerning the above complaint ID # [redacted] , filed by a [redacted] on 4/6/concerning an infection allegedly received while receiving services on 3/1/ According to the nail tech who worked on her, [redacted] came in the morning on Wednesday March 1st complaining that her right index finger hurt The nail tech had applied acrylic nails to [redacted] approximately a month before so it was not clear why [redacted] waited so long before returning to fix her nails The nail tech did not touch the index finger, but instead removed the loose acrylic nails from the remaining fingers Since [redacted] has had acrylic nails done by the same tech several times before, and has been informed previously by that tech to return the next day if any discomfort or other symptoms occur, she is aware that she needs to return to the tech and have the problem fixed immediately, not a month later In our view, [redacted] is at faultThe above notwithstanding, [redacted] came in to the salon on April (the day after filing her complaint with the Revdex.com), threatening to contact the Virginia DPOR board with a complaint, so the manager refunded her service fee and the medications for which she had receipts, for a total of $ So presumably the problem has been resolved to her satisfaction already If not, we have video surveillance of her in the salon on both March 1st and April 7th, and are prepared for any further actionSincerely,David H [redacted] VP Red Nails

Hello, I received a 2nd letter from Revdex.com with [redacted]’s response that she was not the person who came into the salon on April 7 to discuss a refund.  After checking with the employees, it appears that yes we confused her with another person.  However, upon reviewing our sign-in sheet at the receptionist desk for that day (copy attached), it appears nobody by the name of Jamieson Lawson signed in.  I have also reviewed all the salon register and credit card receipts for that day and can find no evidence of a person named “Lawson” was charged for any services.  Does she have a receipt or other evidence she received services at the salon that day?  We are not trying to be difficult here, but we have had several instances of people attempting to get a refund who never received any services.  If [redacted] can show she was a customer that day, then we will contact our insurance company to arrange for an investigation and possible reimbursement for her medical expenses.  She will need to produce all her medical receipts of course.  We have kept our original sign-in sheet and salon receipts for that day, as the insurance company will want to see them as well. Hello, I received a letter from Revdex.com concerning the above complaint ID # [redacted], filed by a [redacted] on 4/6/2017 concerning an infection allegedly received while receiving services on 3/1/2017.  According to the nail tech who worked on her, [redacted] came in the morning on Wednesday March 1st complaining that her right index finger hurt.  The nail tech had applied acrylic nails to [redacted] approximately a month before so it was not clear why [redacted] waited so long before returning to fix her nails.  The nail tech did not touch the index finger, but instead removed the loose acrylic nails from the remaining fingers.  Since [redacted] has had acrylic nails done by the same tech several times before, and has been informed previously by that tech to return the next day if any discomfort or other symptoms occur, she is aware that she needs to return to the tech and have the problem fixed immediately, not a month later.  In our view, [redacted] is at fault. The above notwithstanding, [redacted] came in to the salon on April 7 (the day after filing her complaint with the Revdex.com), threatening to contact the Virginia DPOR board with a complaint, so the manager refunded her service fee and the medications for which she had receipts, for a total of $75.  So presumably the problem has been resolved to her satisfaction already.   If not, we have video surveillance of her in the salon on both March 1st and April 7th, and are prepared for any further action. Sincerely,David H[redacted]VP Red Nails
