Red Palace Restaurant

Review: Mu husband and I went into the restaurant this evening (11/11/2015), around 630-645pm...got a booth and had the buffet. The food was of poor quality,tasted nasty, I had first gotten white rice with couple pieces of general cho's chicken, 2 pieces of sesame chicken and veggie lo mein...the lo mein was googy like chewing gum..one piece of the sesame chicken had a bone in it and about broke a tooth when I bit into it ,,,general cho's had a bad taste ...waitress came ask how it was I told her it was terrible and what was wrong..she said sorry and walked away....so as being hungry I tried another spoon of white rice with 3 pieces of sweet & sour chicken with the red sauce, and a spring roll and 2 pieces of meat from the pepper steak...the meat from pepper steak was grissle and nasty, the red sweet & sour sauce tasted like vinegar, spring roll was cooked to long and was hard and had a burnt taste to it... I hardly feel that what few bites of food that I had were worth the price of over 10.00 per person...my husband ate a few pieces of the chicken and has been having stomach cramps since he got home..this is one of the worst tasting food we have eaten and even worse customer serviceDesired Settlement: I want a full REFUND of 2 buffets and 1 water and 1 coke!!
