My family and I were looking for a quick meal so we Chose red planet diner (et encounter) To have a good mealThe meal was not good, many bad things happened that have made this dining experience one of the worst I have ever hadWe ordered three burgers, two without buns because of our severe allergyWe also requested that they would be cooked: medium, medium well, and medium rareWe got our burgers and leftWhen we sat down to eat we looked at our burgers and they were impossible to tell apart except for their small marking on a the box written "MR"We thought that gave us enough information but as we started digging in we noticed that one of the boxes not labeled at all had a burger that was barely cookedThey had labeled the medium well "medium rare"And had the burgers all mixed upAs we started eating we noticed that the medium rare that was in a unlabeled box and was hardly cooked at allUndercooked Beef is very dangerous and if a business can not cook them properly they should not accept medium rare requestsThis burger was no different from a rare burgerThis was a little frightening but we thought we would go back there, calmly explain the situation and they would make it rightWe went back there and were met with the worst customer service I have ever seenThey accused us of switching the boxesAfter a bit of arguing they finally just threw the same burger back on the grillWe leftWe tried the burger and it was cooked maybe seconds longerTerrible serviceI do not recommend this "restaurant" to anyone
