I'm sorry that [redacted] is unhappy with the products purchased from The Red Posie [redacted] purchased the following items from the Red Posie:- One sample size dark glaze $12.45- One oztine of java stain $29.95- One can of dark wax $31.95- oz can furniture paint $[redacted] was refunded for the glaze and java stain, $plus tax $(paid to her in cash) which had not been used but due to the fact that the wax and paint had been opened and used the store was unable to refund for these two items Items that have been damaged, used or otherwise altered will not be accepted for return.Our policy as posted in the store states All Sales are Final

You only reimbursed for the glaze and one buffing pad for a total of $15. And some change. You mislead on the wax saying it was one thing when it was actually something else then when I brought that to your attention [redacted]'s response was well it comes from the same factory. Your policy online states refunds in 30 days. You mislead on the color of the paint. I was lied to and mislead on everything. I want my refund and plan to take this to a next step if not.
