The Customer was completely not willing to work with us and was extremely rude to our customer service agent or offered to overnight the product to her even though we had proof of delivery from the post office and were simply trying to help the customer by sending her another pair She then demanded the product be there within hrs or she was filing a complaint So instead of sending another pair we refunded the customer that day This Revdex.com complaint is weeks after the fact and in our policy it states guaranteed delivery or your money back We went every route to make the customer happy but you can' t always please people on a mission to complain

The communication with the customer was in regards to the fact that we gave her tracking info and the tracking information including USPS.com shows that the product was in fact delivered We provided all information and asked the customer if she could contact the post office to see if there was any chance that it was at her local post Her next action was to file a Revdex.com complaint We have no issue refunding customers that do not receive their product but as a company wet too get scammed by people and we have to go through a process to find out what is going on with an order that is showed as delivered We also don't have an issue resending the product, but the customer didn't even allow us to get to a point of resolution All of our deliveries are guaranteed and when in doubt a customer can dispute paypal or the credit card company and get their money back if needed

Our Products have images of the actual product and full description and it states right in our policies that items on sale are final sale due to wholesale pricing. Policies are in place and we followed our policies

I have finally received a refund However, it took me filing a complaint with the Revdex.com to come to a resolution The company blatantly and simply ignored numerous e-mails from me trying to resolve the issue They still have not responded to any of my e-mails that number in the double digits I received a paypal refund with no explanation which is fine I just find the response from the company to the Revdex.com highly unprofessional as well as the fact that they ignored my attempts to resolve the issue

Attached is our company policy which is easily visible on our website regarding no returns or refunds on discounted items, the customer was given a store credit to then purchase another item and we have an extensive store full of very similar high quality items she could choose from to order.

I originally payed via Paypal and my account has no money refunded.I need to get a refund for the missing item before I accept the resolution. thank you [redacted]HI [redacted]I went back to our manufacture to find out what happened with this order and I am very sorry.   The item was returned by the post office and we weren't not informed until I saw your Revdex.com issue and did my research on what was going on.  I am very sorry for the inconvenience.   I am refunding the item and any shipping fees and also I created a 50% off code for you "[redacted]50" that you can use for 50% off if you decide to look at any of our new items.  Normally delivery doesn't take that long and issues with the post sometimes our out of our control.  I am very sorry your experience and I hope that helps a little.  I understand your frustration and I wanted to apologize to you for the miscommunication.  We have grown tremendously this year and have gone through a couple assistance in the process.  Its no excuse though for this and I hope to earn your future business.[redacted] W.Red Rain Buddha Store Customer Service RepRedRainBuddhaStore.com

Contacted customer.  The one item in the order the package was in fact returned to the manufacture by the post office.  Taking full responsibility we are giving a full refund and a discount to the customer to purchase the item or future product at a 50% discount.

Please understand that when a complaint is filed with paypal that the refund cannot be processed until a resolution is completed.   We've offered a full refund of the product and a store credit.  The post office marked the package as undeliverable and sent the package back to the manufacture and we were not notified until it made it back to our manufacture which was weeks after the issue.   I feel like we have tried to our best to resolve the issue but the customer is not willing to work with us.  A full refund and store credit for future purchase to rectify a situation that was out of our control due to an address issue seems fair but we understand her frustration as it was just as frustrating to us and we apologize.  Thank you

As Noted in our policy sometimes delivery can take up to 8 weeks.  The item was in fact delivered 6 days after the complaint and it was delivered within our guarenteed 8 week time frame.Tracking info: [redacted] - Delivered Mar 9th
