Products sent which were not ordered and billed for same. I was billed for 4 deliveries each for $99.90

On 11/8/19 I ordered a product on-line. A one time order to buy 2 bottles of CBD oil get one free. My order # is ***
There was no invoice with the delivery box no Red Riding Hood name, no contact information, no address or phone number. The box only had a "Fulfillment Center" P.O. Box address.
In January another box arrived, again no name or contact information , I thought it was just a mistake. They sent another order and billed me another $99.90 on my Visa also in March, May, and July (they tried to in September, but I did not have enough available funds) I did not recognize what the charge was for since it was under a different name.
I tried to locate their information on- line with no success. I could not locate my original order information either.
I have not used even 1 bottle, no less 10 additional ones.
I contacted my Visa provider to alert them to the conflict regarding payments for this order. They are to send me a dispute form to verify and return to them. I have not received that email as of today.
I called the number on my Visa statement which had the same amounts deducted every 2 months. It was " Best Health" which I did not recognize. I became suspicious when the same $99.90 amount kept occurring. When I spoke to a woman there I was told it was "my fault" because I did not read the "terms and agreements" that said (per the woman on the phone) that I agreed to have a delivery every 2 months. So ridiculous! I was told it was up to me to call to cancel...really?! Call what number?!
She told me she would only refund One payment, I was to return only one of the boxes, even though I have 3 unopened ones and one opened. She said it would take 4 to 6 weeks to refund my $99.90. It took them only 2 days to take money from my account on Visa! My purchase ID is # *** given when I cancelled today.
I cancelled my order, that was still on-going evidently.
I want my 4 other payments reimbursed to me. A total of $399.60
These people are deceptive and dishonest, most of these customers ordered their product because they are not well or have pain. It is cruel to take advantage of others, probably older and on Social Security for expenses as am I. If they benefited from their product they would re-order if they wanted to, not deceived into continued unwanted deliveries and Billings.
Thanks if you can help me. Also to limit the unwanted function of this company.

After reviewing the account I can confirm on 11/06/2019 when the initial purchase was made customer must acknowledge the terms and conditions which fully explains the program and details of our products.

What I have done today is issued a refund for 07/05/20 charge and 05/06/20 charge in the amount of $99.90x2= $199.98 back to the card we have on file.

We do still require you to return the unused product for the 2 shipments you received. The others you may keep as we are not able to refund outside our 60 day Money Back Guarantee.

I purchased 5 bottles of CBD oil for $149.85 last May. It was a one-time purchase. However, today I was charged another $149.85.
I purchased 5 bottles of CBD oil for $149.85 online last May. It was a one-time purchase on my Mastercard. However, today, 8/13/20, I was charged another $149.85. I did not sign up for any subscription to my knowledge. I believe this company uses deceptive sales practices. The original order came without any paper so I have no documentation to submit. The product was satisfactory.

I seek a credit to my Mastercard in the amount of $149.85 and a cancellation of whatever they have on file for me.I do not wish to have any further contact with this company.

At this time I have spoken with the business and have made an agreement with them. I do like the product but am not happy with the way the company does business.

Ordered CBD gummies one time only from online website. I am now receiving 2 bottles every month being charged $99.90 per month. I received no billing
info or email when first shipment was made. Today I refused another shipment which was marked as such at post office. I want these shipments stopped & credit issued for return shipment. The website has no telephone number listed so direct communication is not possible

Received email from Red Riding Hood dated 8/10/2020 stating they have cancelled order. My credit card company has indicated a credit will be issued on my next statement

Returned products to Red Riding Hood in accordance with their written policy. Company only refunded one of the two retuned.
On 03/24/2020 I ordered two products (5 bottles @ $149.85 and one bottle of oil @ $49.00). After using them without any effect, I called and returned both products in the original box on 04/09/2020. On 05/07/2020 I was sent a letter that stated they gave me credit for $40. I called about the $9 of the $49 and was told it was taken out for shipping. When I ask about the remaining $149.85 I got no response and was hung up. I tried to collect this through my CitiCard Customer Service (I had faxed all data to them), but they said they didn't have any proof it was/was not received by the Red Riding Hood. Both products were returned in the same box they were sent to me and I want my $149.85 returned.

Need a refund don't trust company
I just purchased a product from riding hood website. Immediately as I didn't see a confirmation email but my money deducted I wanted to cancel my purchase. The website does not exist anymore it gives me an error and I cannot contact them to ask for a refund of the 49.95 immediately deducted from my account
After seeing all the complaints here I am more frustrated and hope you can help me resolve this issue. Thank you

We received an unordered supply of CBD gummie bears. We were charged $150 and they do not answer their phone and their website is not functioning.

We did speak to a representative and we mailed the product back today, 5/14/20200.
They were very easy to work with once we got through to them.

Signed up for a trial. Cancelled trial. Still being billed and sending product that does not work.called phone 9 times asked for call back did not hap

I too ordered thinking it was a one time deal. The gummies don't work and I'm unable to find a means to cancel the order which arrives without my ok.
I first ordered the product in early March. I thought I was ordering on a one time basis. I have received shipment April and May and been charged $59 each time. I do not want the product and can't find a means of canceling my order.

I would like assurance that I will no longer receive shipments, no further charges to my credit card and a full refund for the 2 shipments I did not agree to for a total of $118. Thank you.

On 01/19/2020 a order was placed for our Buy 3, Get 2 Free CBD gummmy. It does fully explain the program and the billing in our terms and conditions for every product purchased explaining that a subscription would be added until cancelled by the customer.

Since no contact with customer care we continued to bill as normal. What I have done for you today is refund 2 charges in the amount of $149.85 x 2. Please make sure to return ALL the unopened product you received for April and May to ensure the refund is not reversed. I am happy with this resolution to refund me for the months of April and May and I will happily return all products for said months, ; they don't work so I never opened. Do I have to pay postage to return? Thank you for your help. I'm newly retired and not computer savvy, I can't afford to pay top dollar for a placebo.

Two bottles were not sealed and appeared to be opened. The seal was broken.

I have cancelled my subscription to CBD gummies twice.
I just received another bottle after cancelling my order twice. I don't want this product. I , too, keep receiving every month after ordering just one. Very deceitful.
I want my money back and I don't ever want another product from them.

They won't let you get ahold of them either. Never answer or return your calls.

Don't answer an email either.

I can confirm your account is cancelled at this time. We also show that you have filed a dispute with your bank. At this time the Chargeback is in place and any refund is up to your bank to determine as we are unable to issue a refund at this time. The bank has provided a temporary credit to you and could be reversed once we show proof of you agreeing to the terms and conditions.

At this time no other charges have been made to you. The account is cancelled and will remain cancelled.

This business is so poorly run.Not only does their product not work but they claim to give money back guarantee if you are not happy for ANY reason with the exception of S/H charges. I admit I did not realise I was committing to subscription service when I ordered but my attempt to cancel was the most frustrating phone call ever.I was connected to agent # 363 Lakisha after a VERY long wait. I explained to her that I had been charged and notified by my CC company and Fed Ex that a shipment was on it's way.I explained over and over again that I wanted to cancel and return product but she just kept pushing back and offering me different different deals and telling me their products were not returnable.I explained the box had not even arrived and I would simply not open it therefore not be opening the bottles and their page stated clearly I could return for a full refund.I was nearly in tears by the end of the conversation.I told her I was going to report them to the Revdex.com and she said they were full accredited guessing I would not check ! After my tirade I did get an email canceling my account and saying I was issued a full refund but only time will tell if that happens.I would also like to mention they did NOT ask for the return of their products so I guess that tells you how valuable they are to them......they will be out of business by the end of the year for sure.

Red Riding Hood CBD Oil
Do not purchase the CBD Oil from this company (Red Riding Hood). They are extremely deceptive in the marketing and sale of their CBD Oil product. I purchased a bottle of the CBD oil off of their website. The purchase price of the oil was $59.95 for one bottle. I tried the product and was completely unsatisfied with my purchase. Naively, I assumed that my $59.95 purchase was for the one bottle of the oil. However, thirty days later I received another bottle from the company's fulfillment center. I went back to the company's website to check on how the product was offered for sale. There are three choices for the CBD oil. The first choice is the sale and receipt of one bottle for $59.95, the second choice is the sale and receipt of 2 bottles of the oil every 2 months for the discounted price $99.00 and the third choice is the sale and receipt of 3 bottles of the oil every 3 months for the discounted price of $149.85. Nowhere on the company's website for CBD oil was it stated that the $59.95 option is to receive 1 bottle every month. When I contacted the company's customer support line to request a refund based on the refund policy statement from the company's website as follows: 'But, if for any reason, you're not completely satisfied, just return the bottles within 60 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price (less S&H)'even if the containers are empty.? The customer service representative attempted to give me the run around by offering various discounts on the product if I would continue the unauthorized subscription for the CBD oil. I declined and pressed for a refund in accordance with the refund policy on their website mentioned previously. At the end of our discussion the company only offered a 50% refund on the second bottle of CBD oil I received from them. Consequently, I'm out of approximately $87.92 for a product that has no useful therapeutic value for me. The bottom line is that this company misrepresented the purchase options and refund policy. I would suggest that you find a reputable company with a valid purchase/refund policy.

As for the $59.95 option of 1 bottle every month. That is an internet special that is not on our main website. It is only offered in select cases. It seems this is the offer you purchased. We have changed the verbiage to be more apparent that the customer will be receiving monthly shipments.

Additionally, this company stated that the $59.95 option of 1 bottle every month is an internet special that is not on their main webpage. However I purchased the product directly off their main website via the checkout web page on their main site. This company continues use deceptive measures to avoid responsibility for their fraudulent practices.How is it possible that their customer service reps are not aware of all their refund policies especially those stated on their main website?

I would like a full (100%) refund of my purchase price, not some partial refund. If this is truly a reputable company I would not have to address this matter via the Revdex.com.
