Very unsatisfied customer, would not recommend this company or ever use them againFirst off the original appointment for installation was on a FridayNo one showed up or calledI contacted the company owner Christopher on Monday and he said the installer had something come up but would be out sometime that weekOf course I was informed on Wed that the installer would be out Friday, 2:Friday rolls around no installerI call the owner again and he informs me since the house is empty the installer is doing my job last of the dayUnfortunately I had a previous engagement out of town and was unable to be there when the installer did the job which was a huge mistakeAlfredo the installer called me Saturday and told me the job was finished, they had cleaned up and wanted me to come check it out and pay the balance of the billI informed him I was out of town and would be unable to get there to look over the work until Monday morningHe also informed me that he turned off the water at the main line outside because of a leak in the kitchenWhen I got there Monday the crew had left trash everywhere, the old countertops were under my carport which cost to haul off was in the billAlfredo informed me they didn't have a dumpster so I would need to take care of itThey left holes in the wall, broke one of the kitchen drawers, left multiple gouges on walls and trim, busted the pvc pipe under the kitchen sink and did not inform me of the leak under the bathroom sink that was dripping even though they had turned off the main waterThey just stuck a bucket under it which overflowed and I found a soaking wet vanity bottom water under the wall into another roomWhen I asked why he didn't inform me of this he said I was out of townAlso which I didn't discover they did not cut a hole for the soap dispenser when the installed the counter even though I had the faucet thereWhen I contacted the owner Christopher he did not seem concerned at all that I was upset and that his crew left my house a mess and did damageHe said the counters were good and the rest was just cosmetic no big dealHe did offer to send them back out to fix what they had done, but by that time I did not want them in my house I did not trust them to do anything rightMy compensation for the horrible experience was off an almost jobEven though it cost me more than that to have the plumber fix the broken pipe and for me to haul off the old countertopsWhen I message the owner about the hole they didn't cut he never bothered to contact me back, should not have paid remaining balance, once you do that crooks like this company never call you back
