I am rejecting this response because: Red Robin is not willing to provide any record of a resolution to the Revdex.com. I remind both the Revdex.com and Red Robin that I choose to contact them using this medium for a reason. By disregarding this medium, the company rejects this as a tool for communicating about experiences and incidents. This is regrettable because this venue offers the company to provide a solution that others can see, next to the text of the complaint.

Shelia has already been in contact with Red Robin Guest Relations on 8/30/2017. We were able to address her concerns and resolved the matter internally.

I am rejecting this response because: the issues were not resolved as per this message stated here. Apparently the customer service from beginning to end is flawed with this business and resolution of issues is not important to them. I filed a complaint that the customer service is horrendous in the restaurant and seems to be the same at the corporate level. There have been no apologies and or compensation for the issues at hand and from a large chain restaurant I would have expected way better service and understanding of the issue. I have already reported this horrible service to all my friends, family, coworkers and more and to make sure no one ever will eat at the Red Robin chain again.
