For the hd time at this location the customer service was bad Mix up with table assignments and took a long time to get a glass of ice water and drinks from the bar Only two of us at our booth but watched a circle booth get their drinks on time and before us after coming in after us My husband asked to have his beer with his food, and the food came fast and no beer and no waitress around Manager offered to have our food on them, or our drinks Made a point of paying because don't want to be known as people who complain to get free food That's not the point, you pay for going out to eat also for the experience, so when you have to get up to ask a waitress to do a favor and bring a glass of ice water, it's ridiculous, that should.naturally happen Fish n'chips tasted bland, so unless you are in he mood for a burger (their specialty) the food isn't that great Won't go back to eat there again Only to -go orders in the futureSome local non-chain restaurants do a better job of little things like automatically giving you ice water which for this restaurant seems to be a chore
