I submitted a complaint against a company and they said they sent a gift card but it's been multiple weeks and we have not received it. I contacted the business and they told us they sent the gift card to Revdex.com and that y'all were supposed to send it to us on their behalf. We still haven't gotten it yet though so I was told to check into if it has been sent and when we should expect to receive it

Business states that they have contacted customer in regards to her latest visit to their restaurant. They have apologized and let her know she would be receiving a complimentary gift card.

Review: Entered Red Robin rest. on advise of friend, for lunch, 1115am thursday 31 July 2014. One other couple in seating area. Ordered, served liquids (ordered) and proceeded to watch many customers entering the eating area, orders taken and then served their food. It was 45 min. before I could stop our waitress to ask where our food was, that we needed to eat and then keep more appointments in Yuba City, and Marysville. The food came. a 50 minute wait. My two friends said their pricey hamburgers were cold, as the fries accompanying their meal. I had ordered salad, which was musty tasting, gone off greens. We complained and the waitress took the cold burgers to the back and two more burgers replaced. My burger was overcooked which was probably a good thing. I paid the bill, 45.52, plus two dollar tip for the waitress. I will NEVER eat in this place again, and I do take friends to lunch my treat, at least once or twice a week. I feel we were taken advantage of, treated poorly, and overpriced menu. No refund was offered or discount upon our leaving,which some restaurants will do if there is a serious complaint with quality of food served or other problems like mildewed salad.Desired Settlement: I feel that a refund check for the amount of what I paid for this miserable, poor concept of service, and terrible food is the only recourse acceptable for me. We were not offered any recompensation, just talk, and flippant regard for the customer, me. Of course I will never ever go to this restaurant again, and I will tell all my friends about this episode with Red Robin in Yuba City.

Review: I am so disappointed I have been there 3 times and all times they can't find or locate my royalty account. It has become an issue to access it online so I have tried numerous times to create a new one unsuccessfully. I had my husband try with no success. I believe this to be a scam.Sincerely,A[redacted]Desired Settlement: Create my royalty account and give me what is promised to me as a royalty customer or just refund me for my last 3 visits and I will never go back to your restaurant.
