To who it may concern,I dispute all allegations in regard to this complaint and in fact are owed money to jobs completed.First of all a direct vent fireplace is a sealed appliance and can not emit any carbon monoxide in a home, it is impossible and Jessica has not provided any proof at all.Second issue is the yellow flame, with a LP gas fireplace the flame is allays yellow, sometimes the air shutter has to be field adjusted a bit larger.Third issue was the vent configuration, the venting configuration was done as per the owners manualIf the fireplace was not vented properly (as per owners manual) the fireplace would not work periodThe fireplace was vented properly.Fourth issue was that the venting outside the building envelope had to be enclosedThe person I dealt with on this project was Susi who indicated she was a owner and she lived at N Hwy 89a Unit She was the acting general contractor and the bid I gave and the contact/invoice was addressed to SuziSuzi indicated that the platform for the fireplace and the outside enclosure for the pipe was to be performed by her and her crew.Fifth issue was our chargesInstallation charges of $was for bringing the fireplace to the job site and running the ventingThe gas line was a separate charge at $70/hr plus partsThe gas line charges were $Suzi told us she was not paying the extra $and she and her crew would do remaining jobs of the install (put the glass in, install the stainless trim pieces and do any adjustments). Finally after several months I finally meet Jessica Sierra and she had a concern about a possible gas leakI told her that a service charge of $would apply and she agreedThere was no gas leak and Jessica refused to pay.Thank YouHarold G [redacted] **

[redacted] of [redacted] Lumber and Hardware has been to my house and has gone over the installation that was done He recommended Contractor Rick B [redacted] from [redacted] services to also look over the installation and he also corroborated Jasons observations Their careful inspection refutes the claims made by Red Rock Fireplace & BarB QI have submitted the paperwork supporting the inspections that were done on the Gorny's work and the written estimate of the cost to correct the venting installation and sooting issues in order to make the fireplace safe to use I do not want to drop this complaint as Gorny is in the complete wrong, is rude to his customers, and has no integrity as a business manThank you,Jessica S***

on November 14th this matter was resolved between *** *** and Dream Team thanks

When we were first contacted by the customer it was for a roof leak not a condensation issue.  The work that was done stopped the initial roof leak problem. There is a condensation issue and that is due to the way the house was built there was no ventilation put into the roof which is no...

fault of ours.  To make the customer happy we agreed to install the vents for them at no charge.  We have every intention on resolving this issue but due to the weather which has backed up our schedule tremendously on other jobs that we have been doing for other customers that we are trying to close out.  We told them we would get back to them with a date and they filed a complaint before this can even been done.  We have been in touch with the customer and made them aware of this also.  Since this was a short week due to the holiday and our company was closed since last Friday we will be setting a date next week to install the vent for the customer.

At this point we want to come out and fix the leak and any inside damage that has occurred from the leaking.  Once that is taken care of we will discuss the refund for any services from there.

We fully intend to complete the roof job contracted. Unfortunately we had several start dates that never materialized due to circumstances from both parties. We had several roof jobs that were before the current customer and we have finished up all but two remaining. At the completion of those we...

will begin this customers project through to completion. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delay but we fully intend to complete the project 100%

I am rejecting this response because:I found more safety issues with the beam. One beam has brackets that allow for 8 screws total. The other beams only have two screws securing the post to the deck. Apparently only one person at DreamTeam can do the work and will not be available till next week. No definitive date has been provided when requested.  I continually have to spend energy to call and followup with Dream Team. Case will remain open until Dream Team performs repairs.  Also due to the casual response by Dream Team I will be filing with the NJ AG and including pictures of the safety issue

issue is the yellow flame, with a LP gas fireplace the flame is allays yellow, sometimes  the air shutter has to be field adjusted a bit larger.Third issue was the vent configuration, the venting configuration was done as per the owners manual. If the fireplace was not vented properly (as per owners manual) the fireplace would not work period. The fireplace was vented properly.Fourth issue was that the venting outside the building envelope had to be enclosed. The person I dealt with on this project was Susi who indicated she was a owner and she lived at 4426 N Hwy 89a Unit 2 . She was the acting general contractor and the bid I gave and the contact/invoice was addressed to Suzi. Suzi indicated that the platform for the fireplace and the outside enclosure for the pipe was to be performed by her and her crew.Fifth issue was our charges. Installation charges of $400.00 was for bringing the fireplace to the job site and running the venting. The gas line was a separate charge at $70/hr plus parts. The gas line charges were $250.00. Suzi told us she was not paying the extra $250.00 and she and her crew would do remaining jobs of the install (put the glass in, install the stainless trim pieces and do any adjustments). Finally after several months I finally meet Jessica Sierra and she had a concern about a possible gas leak. I told her that a service charge of $90.00 would apply and she agreed. There was no gas leak and Jessica refused to pay.Thank YouHarold G[redacted]
