Continued written harassment from the management office regarding our property We own a property in [redacted] (property address: [redacted] , [redacted] whose HOA is managed by Red Rock Management company We have received written warnings in stating our tenant has a satellite dish on their patio that is not compliant with the HOA regulation Our property management company contacted the tenant and found out that it was the neighbor (who is not our tenant) that has this issue and Red Rock Management company has misidentified the unit They then contacted Red Rock and received notification that their correspondence has been resolved Since then months has passed, and yesterday we received another letter giving us a 3rd warning on the exact same issue So apparently the management company has misidentified our unit again and again It is bordering harassment because this issue should have already been taken care of and for the management company to contin

Red Rock is not providing contracted services [redacted] is suffering from mismanagementCommunity is $50K+ indebt to the city and othersThe landscaping is not maintained, the buildings are not maintainedThe pool is so in-maintained it, and the fitness center have been indefinitely closedWhich is good because I've been asking for a key since MarchI was told weeks ago that they will not be providing oneThere was a homeless man living in the guard shack last week because the lock was broken and hate crimes through-out the neighborhood last weekendWe had a water main break in July, the gigantic unmarked hole is still there waiting for a child or pet to fall inThe sprinklers have not worked since I've been hereApparently we pay $over budget for illegal dumping that they can't seem to find a resolution to and we were instructed by Red Rock to confront these illegal dumpers and take pictures of themI could go on and on but those are the major thingsI jus

Red Rock is horribleLast year they sent me a "just a reminder"notice about my [redacted] fee being lateI hadn't even been a resident a yearMy payment wasn't due until This week, several residents including myself got "Just a reminder"letters about property violationsThe picture of the home is NOT my houseSeveral of us are complaining and when you call their number the service is extremely unprofessional and rude!! We've had residents try to rent to clubhouse it use the pool and it's always an issue that leads back to their lack of service and professionalismIt's really ridiculous and it's not improving!

Back on June 15, I reported an issue with my HOA company that there was cracked vinyl on the side of my homeThis occurred from an unauthorized contractor that supposedly went on the roof of my home and his ladder cracked my vinylFirst of all I never authorized this contractor to go on my roof I was called after the fact and told that they had went on my roof by the property manager DamonI have submitted request after request and no-one has come out to fix my homeA few months ago a man came out and said it would be fixed that next dayI took off from work to be home so that they could come fix it and no one showed upI called the guy that said he was going to fix it and he tells me it was denied by the board they had to get someone else to come back out and fix itSo I call the HOA guy and he says on yeah thats right it was denied but not one person called and told me thisHe promised all kinds of calls back and apologized and yet I have still to hear from him 3-month

Red Rock was fired as our HOA effective 12/31/but they drafted my account anyway for HOA fees and I can't get them to send me the money back
I contacted Red Rock on 1/and was told by Shannon Underwood that they did not have my funds and that they were sent to the new management companyI kept following up with the new company and they never got the moneyI went back to Red Rock and still they denied they have the money even thought I had provided a banking statement showing the draftOn 1/I was told I would have my refund "soon"I follow up again and am now being told by Megan H*** that they have to wait for a refund from their processing unit and it will be several more weeks and now they want to pay the new management company Red Rock drafted my account illegally and will not give me the refund owed and has lied about having the money and has used stall tactics to not pay me back

I am unable to use the pool in my community due to the HOA not providing me my pool key
I requested my key/pool pass weeks ago and was told by Meg T*** I had to pay my HOA fees before they could provideI pd the bill in full and received confirmation it was receivedI then received an email stating they received the payment however I needed to send an additional $225($total)Again this is outrageous because the HOA does not do anything in my community other than provide a poolI have no idea what the $ is used for, but I pd the entire balance in full and provided a confirmation numberOn Friday 5/I received another email from Meg stating she would mail the key out the same dayWith the mail being in the same zip code the key should have arrived in 1-daysI checked every day, no mail from the HOAI requested again via email as my daughter is home from college and wanted to hang out the poolI was given the address and told I could pick the key up from the local

I am having terrible and tough time in contacting this Red Rock Property Management The only way you can reach out to this management is via (xxxxxCalling this number you will be able to talk to a receptionist who will just answer your call , she neither has information about your request/concerns nor any updateEvery time you call them they will create a new service request and the receptionist will say that management will get back to you ASAP but that does not seem to happen everI had reported a couple of dangerous & major concerns concerning trip hazard and structural defect which were not even looked into yetI do deal with other property management companies too, but have not seen a worst one like thisLooks this property management is there only to collect dues/fees and send out notices about trash bins ,but not there to care of home owners/residents and address real concernsI believe it is time that our board will change the property management company

Difficult to reach a human on Red Rock phone line, majority of voice mails unreturnedEmailed request to call me on my cell mult times since 8/18/
Since mid Aug I have called Red Rocks different days, each of the days calling no less than times in that day and leaving no less than voice mails per day I did receive (1) call back by a woman who was extremely annoyed that I could not dedicate total focus to the call as I was at work and was trying to juggle work and the phone call She cut the call short out of her frustration I was not able to address everything I needed to discuss I also received a (1) call back from the community manager while I was on the other line, I returned his call less than 5min later and yet again more Red Rocks voice mail system, never reaching him I have also made multiple email requests to speak to my community manager and have not received any other calls

Can not get a prompt answer to an issue I have in my yard Have been trying to call for weeks now and no one will promptly call me back
