My name is [redacted]. I'm the owner of Red Rock Painting. The problem we're having is being caused by moisture, one side of the wall is visible and the other side is buried by dirt (to the top), in that dirt is moisture due to the sprinkler drip system for the plants. As long as...

the water continues to come, so will the problem. The water escapes through the masonry walls from the inside out. The correct term for this is called efflorescence. I explained this to Mrs. [redacted] before we began the project. This unfortunately is more of a maintenance issue. I have tried calling Mrs. [redacted] two-three times to schedule us to come out and address the issue, no one ever picked up the phone. I've left at least two messages. The number I have maybe her home phone, I don't know. I would love to stop by her house and address this issue along with any other issues she may have. I strive to keep a perfect record with the Revdex.com, Registrar of Contractors, and my customers, as I always have. Please feel to contact me anytime,

Red Rock did a great job we are so pleased with the level of professionalism. They did what they said they were going to do and actually finished the job ahead of schedule. They kept the job site clean and met all of our expectations. We were very impressed that the owner of the company did the final inspection of the job. We will definitely use them again.

We couldn't be happier. Painting the house exterior was a big project, but [redacted] made it as easy as possible. We got a fair price and the 3 man crew headed by [redacted] was professional and extremely easy to work with. They listened to us and were very accommodating when we were trying to select the colors - they put several side-by-side on the wall for us to choose. Their attention to detail was very much appreciated. Definitely recommend Red Rock Painting.

Review: Red Rock Painting painted our entire home, including the perimeter walls, wrought iron fence, metal doors and re-stained all of the wood trim. The main reason we chose to paint the house was because we had white spots all across the perimeter walls. I don't know the technical term for that but I made it perfectly clear that that was a huge concern for us. I went into great detail with the owner, [redacted], that some kind of primer or Drylock would need to be used before just painting over it. He assured me that it would be done properly whatever it took. He quoted a 5 year warranty on the entire job with the exception of the perimeter wall which he said would only be 3 years. That was perfectly fine with my husband and I as we understood that the perimeter walls would need to be painted more often because of water exposure. The job was completed in May of 2013. By July of 2013, the white spots were already visible and have just gotten worse and worse over the past year. The wrought iron fence is peeling and big sheets of paint are lifting from the metal doors. The house looks worse than when we started. As soon as we noticed the white spots, we called [redacted]. He said he would come by and take a look multiple times. To date, he will not take care of this issue nor will he respond to my email communication or phone calls. We paid a total of almost $7,000.00 for this job.Desired Settlement: We simply expect them to stand behind their work and warranty.

Red Rock Painting just finished an exterior paint job on a two-story addition. They did excellent work. [redacted] the owner, showed up when he said he would; he called to let us know when a crew was coming; he stopped by several times to see how the work was progressing. When he presented the bid, he said he had good painters on his crews. He was right. [redacted] and his helper, [redacted], did a great job. The bottom line: they were meticulous with the taping and covering up what was not to be painted; there is no over-spray on anything; there is not a drop of paint on patios or roof; where two paint colors meet, there is a perfectly straight line; they cleaned up at the end of each work day.
