I am rejecting this response because: This manager stated he would call me back when he found out how to refund my moneyHe never called me back, I tried reaching him times and left messages for him with no resultsHe lied when he told me I had to contact *** for refund he said he wouldWhen I saw my credit card statement I saw the phone number for *** and call my self they were very helpful in getting my money refundedRed Roof Inn and their Headquarters were no help at all and never told me I had to call *** and never offered a number for me to call.

I have talked to the guest over the phone and promised her to give partial or full refund depending on the report from the pest control serviceI have inspected the room by professionals and they found some activity but was on initial stageSo I called the guest as she was staying in that room for
days and only complained upon check outI offered her 50% refund and she was agree to get thatI also promised the guest to offer discount for her future travels as she is one of our regular guestThe guest was happy and according to me, we have resolved this issue amicably

In order to provide best satisfactory service to the guests, I apologized *** *** and said I would return half of the money, but since he made reservation through ***, so I didn't have guest's direct credit cardThen he called *** and I approved 50% refund to *** credit card and I didNow it's ***'s responsibility to refund money to the guest as they have guest's credit card detail
