I spoke to the business and they stated that the consumer has a valid complaint, they did debt the credit card by mistake So, it has been reprocessed today She will be sending over the documentation

This afternoon I called the Revdex.com at 716-881-5222 and left a message for *** regardingcomplaint ***.Jeff from the Red Roof Inn in Cortland NY called me on 12/1/He explainedwhat happened, apologized for the delay and stated he would issue a credit tomy card
Additionally, he offered me nights free stay at the hotelToday, I confirmed with my credit card company the credit has been receivedI called Jeff at ***and let him know. After six months, I am extremely happy to have this issue resolved.Thankyou very much for your assistancePlease let me know if any furtherinformation or action is required on my part

I have been told by the business several times already that they had made a mistake and would credit me the amount in question. Yet I am still awaiting that credit. Until I receive it, I want my complaint with the Revdex.com to remain open.Respectully,[redacted]
