Disgusting room and horrible customer service The Red Roof Inn is now the [redacted] I stayed at the [redacted] in room [redacted] for nights I checked in on 4/and checked out 4/ I live in Lake Mary with my family and my husband was officiating the [redacted] in Kissimmee I looked at this short trip as a surprise for my boys, as my plan was to hang out at the pool all weekend and just let them play Much to my dismay that was not how our weekend played out Check In I arrived at the hotel Friday late afternoon and there was no one in the front lobby I waited a few moments and another woman came in behind me We waited about minutes before the front desk representative came in The front desk representative began checking me in and just as she asked me for my ID she left the front desk, walked across the lobby and made herself a cup of coffeeShe came back and proceeded to check me in when THEN her cell phone rang and

Hotel has bedbugs
Checked into room #*** at 3pm, dropped of luggage in roomWent to family event in Orlando When I returned around 1:00am I noticed bedbugs all over the room Killed or and showed front desk cleark She offerd to switch rooms After seeing the amount of bugs I decided to leaveThey said they would talk to owner about refunding the room rate of $ Called the next morning and just got the run around
