In this particular case, her room was held throughout the night, and we were unable to offer it for sale to other guestshad we failed to uphold our guarantee, we would have been liable for relocating her and paying for the first night's room and tax

My boyfriend and I stayed there in March, got bit by bed bugs the first night but didn't think anything of it until the second nightWe found at least bedbugs at in the morning the second day and caught them in those plastic motel cupsWe showed the cup to manager *** ***, but he would not refund me the moneyWe were going to stay in Milwaukee the whole week but had left a couple days earlier because of the incidentAfter little sleep the second day, we sat in our car for hours for the inspector came*** was disrespectful, rude and accused us of bringing the bugs here even after we had proof of the cup and the bitesThat day the inspector came and confirmed there were indeed bedbugsIt was disgusting and we will never go to another Red Roof Inn or a motel/hotel in Milwaukee againAfter the inspector came we received our refund, but we had to each clean a weeks worth of clothes to assure there were no more bedbugsAfter we received our refund I went to the ER at a local hospital in Milwaukee and was diagnosed with a skin infection from the bitesI was prescribed to two types of antibiotics and over the counter hydro coritsoneIt took and a half weeks to fully recover from the itching and the side effects of the anti bioticI WILL NEVER GO TO RED ROOF INN AGAIN
