Places charging bucks for a spaceWe had to stand in line (outside in the snow and cold and wind) for minutesNot enough ticket takers?? I don't knowLines for the concessions were unbelievableNot enough of them I'm sureWe had to skip thatOne of the workers didn't know how to tell us where our seat wasWe had seats on the main floorThe chairs were zip tied together!! (to squeeze as many as they could for more money I'm sure) There was no room to even put your coat around your chairWe had to sit on oursWe are not big people and your shoulders rubbed the people sitting next to you due to the chairs being tied together!! Anytime you moved you were bumping into the person next to you!!! These tickets were VERY expensive for this kind of experience! I ordered tickets in July of for a concert in November When I went to check my tickets prior to the show they were not listed on the site that the email confirmation said to checkI had the email, with confirmation number and they were not able to find my tickets or my order, they did however charge my card back in JulyThey do not have any way to accept emails so that I could show them the email that they sent to me that shows I bought the tickets
Unfortunately since I already went past the days of the purchase I could not dispute the charge with my CC, so essentially they scammed me out of dollars

I purchased ticket on 4/13/for an event held at the Wokstein Center in Cleveland OhioThe event was the *** *** *** and it took place on 5/7/On the day of the event I arrived at around 3:pm stood in two long lines (because the place was so unorganized) just to find out that the tickets that I had purchased for my three children I did not need because kids were freeAfter standing in another long line and sent to another box office by the first box office, I was told to call the number provided to me when I purchased my ticketsJust so happen it was a Sunday and the department was closed, therefore I had to wait und Monday (5/8) to talk to someone but again I was misinformedI spoke to a very rude individual by the name of Orlando that told me "ain't nuttin I can do" once I became fed up I asked to speak with a manager but was told, according to their policy, the supervisor would call me backAfter about an hour or two of me waiting by the phone, I missed
