I am rejecting this response because: the issue of the reason we left was never addressed by the red roof innThe reason we left is because the room was infested with hundreds of roaches all over the placeRoaches are nasty and people can get very sick from themWe only had our things in the room for a few hours and we had to get out because of the roachesThis is why we feel we deserve all of our money backWe left and had to go find somewhere else to stayThis almost ruined our vacationAnd we don't want this to happen to anyone else, so the health inspector needs to go out there and shut them down until the roach problem is goneWe are not the only ones who have complainedLook on the reviews website and someone else has posted about the roaches tooHopefully something can be done about this soon
