Absolutely the worst pool service in LancasterThey closed my pool in October I open the pool every year and hire a pool service to close it every yearWhen I went to open the pool on June 17th I found a fitting on my pool heater Red Roses' technician had openedApparently he torqued the fitting and it can not be reconnected it must be replacedAfter phone calls to Red Rose( They never returned my calls) they refuse to come out and repair itIn fact the general manager Juanita refused to acknowledge any responsibilityShe hung up on meDo not hire this companyDo not let them near your poolGet a Red Rose flier in the mail throw it awayGo with another pool service it will save you money in long runThey are scammers! I had a pool pump that froze up at the beginning of the summerNeeding a pump fairly quick I called around*** *** was helpful and took the bad pump in that afternoon but would not be able to tell me if it could be fixed or if I needed a new oneTwo days later I talked to one of their techs and was told it was trashLater I was called back and told that they worked on the pump and I needed to pick it upI asked why you would put any parts or time into a pump that didn't workThey told me a new pump would cost me I told them I could buy one { same brand and with all the parts complete for That's when I was told that I could pickup the pump and throw it away, at a cost of I said I didn't think I owed any thing and was told OK we will just turn it over for collectionSince we didn't want our credit hurt we paidI was never told of any charge until I didn't buy their pump
