As an owner of a local insurance agency , I have referred Active Restoration to policyholders needing there services for several years. Their service, integrity and quality of work is excellent. I have used them personally as well. I highly recommend them.
When we had water damage in our home so we called our Insurance Company to ask them what we should do. We were refered to Active Restoration, LLC and I have to say that it was a very wise decision. [redacted] (the Owner) came out immediately and asessed the damage and put his crew immediately into action. The entire process took about a month due to the wood floor having to be dried out and then sanded and restained and parts replaced plus the some custom cabinets needing replaced but no matter what they were on top of the whole situation. It is very stressful to deal with repairs but they worked with us to keep us happy. The job was completed and top notch. No detail was overlooked. We have dealt with another Restoration Company in the past and let me tell you Active Restoration is definately TOP NOTCH. They take pride in their work and the other company that we dealt with didn't care.
So when we had a major water leak at our business we never hesitated one second and called Active again. When they got there 30 minutes after we called the carpet and offices were water logged and they once again did an excellent job and stepped right in and fixed all of the damage quickly and with professionalism.
I will always recommend Active Restoration, LLC to everyone that would need there services.
