I ordered food from this restaurant on 4/3/15 and my order was prepared completely incorrect. I called back to the restaurant and advised the manager that my fish was fried with grease that was not fresh and that I ordered okra and not fries on both plates, along with a grilled chicken salad with the chicken cooked well done and I got the very opposite of what I ordered. I was given a salad and the chicken was pink inside and I was not given any dressing with the salad. The two fish and shrimp plates were also missing the hush puppies as well. My daughter also ordered a chicken tender plate with cheese fries, but was given chicken tenders that was not cooked all the way through and the cheese was not on her fries and by the way she was charged extra for the cheese. I spoke with the manager ([redacted]) and they agreed to replace the order on my next visit. Well, when I called on Easter Sunday 4/5/15 to re-order I spoke with the owner ([redacted]) and he was rude and told me he was not going to replace my order and he did not care what his Son/Wife had promised me. I also told him I was over charged for the order he charged $13.00 for both fish and shrimp plates and the menu states $11.99, and $7.99 for the salad and the menu states $6.99. The owner ([redacted]) advised me that the menu that he had just put on my car earlier that day was incorrect. Thats when I advised him that this is false advertising and a gimmick to get customers into his restaurant. He did not seem to care about this issue.Product_Or_Service: FoodDesired SettlementI would like to have either my money refunded or my order replaced. I would also like this owner educated on the laws against false advertising their prices. Business Response To Whom This May Concern,I, the owner of Red Snapper Grill, have acknowledge the letter sent by the Revdex.com. I have fully read the letter and the complaint in entirety and I am now following up on the matter. The customer complaint as stated within the letter recalls an ordering of food from my establishment, Red Snapper Grill located in Zebulon NC, consisting of two large shrimp and fish plates, chicken tenders and grilled chicken salad. The customer did indeed call and speak with my managers whom proceeded to tell her my policy on refunds. This policy is if a customer brings the food back he or she will be either refunded or made all fresh new plates. The customer then stated to the manager that he or she lived a great distance so the manager replied that the customer could indeed receive food, a replacement of the order that they were not happy with, at a later date and the customer stated an agreement with that. The customer then proceeded to call several days later speaking with me, the owner of the establishment. The customer explained to me that the order was wrong and that a previous conversation took place with my manager and the customer themselves explaining that he or she would receive fresh plates. I stated that the resolution was good and proceeded to retake the customer's order in which the customer stated to wanting to reorder the two large fish and shrimp plates which are within my menu as $12.99 with tax $14.00, per plate and wanted to substitute for one plate the french fries for fried okra as it was within the original order. I happily gave the order ensuring that everything was good on the plates and the customer proceeded to leave my establishment with no complaints. The customer then called a little while later and proceeds to tell me that the plates were not as he or she ordered. I proceeded to reread the ticket and restate as before all the items on the ticket as the customer recalled to me but the customer then tells me that there is an order of fried okra missing which was not on the original order but I proceeded to give it to the customer anyway to make sure that the customer is happy. The order was made again and the customer came in again and reclaimed the items on the order without any further complaints. These items were all remade fresh to order and even items were given that were not on the original ensure that the customer was satisfied as I have come to learned in the past as my 25 years of working within the restaurant business as owner and manager that customer satisfaction is important. The cost of this food that I have remade for this particular customer has been over the original order amount since I want the customer to come back and I value their feedback however I have extended my policy around this customer already.
