If no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Obviously you need to speak to your mechanics then for them giving incorrect information & especially since I saw another client when I was there returning her loaner vehicle while I was there. The pump if a new GM part was put on Why did I not receive any paper work on that because obviously that was a faulty part that should be warrantied by GM & I should be able to go to them to receive a new part instead of having to purchase 1. The tire pressure sensors were in the vehicle the date of purchase & were swapped due to the vehicle being sold to me with 2 bent rims. All I'm asking is that I receive the tire pressure sensors that were on the vehicle when I purchased it. Also I put this claim 4 months after my last repair from red tag center, you not responding to it for a month after is unacceptable & I even sent an email to you directly expressing my displeasure with my Service before I even went to the RevDex.com to resolve this issue. please be advised the above customer had left a negative review on our company on the site of *** and clearly stated the malfunction happened after the expiration of warranty period!!
we have
witnesses and a dated copy of her statement on *** clearly stating her warranty was expired!Now, the statement has changed !!
Out of curtsey, and based on the following conditions , we can take action on this case1) letter signed by her and notarized admitting the first statement she made on the *** site! the malfunction happened after the warranty expiration!!
2) removal of the negative review from the *** site3) the repair will be done by our choice of shop4) The customer is responsible to drop off and pick up the said vehicle from our choice of shop, our transmission shop is located in ***, Virginia, purchaser is to agree to drop off and pick up the vehicle from the transmission shop in ***, Virginia.
5) we can not provide loaner vehicles6) time of repair depends on the transmission shopPlease be advised RED TAG CENTER will take legal action against anyone placing and UNTRUTH statements damaging our reputation , placed by anyone, on world wide web in the court of LAW.

I am rejecting this response because: Obviously you need to speak to your mechanics then for them giving incorrect information & especially since I saw another client when I was there returning her loaner vehicle while I was there. I am rejecting this response because: 
While we appreciate the effort made by the business toward a resolution, 
1) The offer was not what we requested, nor even close to what we requested.
2) Just to clarify, the problem itself manifested within the first two weeks of purchase; the call to our mechanic was after the first 30 days of purchase.  The owner read in the [redacted] review that we called their shop seven days after the warranty expired and assumed that this meant the problem did not manifest until 7 days after the warranty expired. 3
3) Due to the necessity of having a working vehicle, it became more important for us to repair this problem quickly and locally; as such, bringing the vehicle an hour down the road to [redacted] would have been too difficult without a vehicle to replace it temporarily while it was being fixed. We were mainly seeking for the local repair to be compensated by Red Tag Center.

FEDERAL BUYERS GUIDE SIGNED BY PURCHASER CLEARLY STATE THE ONLY AND ONLY PARTS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY ARE THE INTERNAL LUBRICATED PARTS OF ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION.
 
AS WE STATED BEFORE , THE AIR PUMP WAS NEVER A PART OF THE WARRANTY.
CUSTOMER SIGNED AND ACKNOWLEDGED AND ALSO HE HIMSELF PROVIDED A COPY OF HIS SIGNATURE ON FEDERAL BUYERS GUIDETO Revdex.com.
TIRE PRESURE SENSERS ARE NOT PART OF THE WARRANTY.
WE ALSO HAVE A DOCUMENT SIGNED BY PURCHASER THAT WAS CLEARLY ADVISED TO HIM THAT WE DO NOT HAVE LOANER VEHICLES.

Review: My name is [redacted]. & I purchased a 2003 [redacted] back in January & I had multiple issues with the vehicle since & been to Red Tag Center which is 45 minutes away from my home multiple times & had to wait 2-4 hours each time. First of all the technician & I'm 100% sure he remembers me had to replace the secondary air injection pump three times. That problem still consists & I have to fix it before I can pass emissions so I have to spend 300$ to do so. Second I had a leak & they couldn't diagnosis the issue & drilled a hole in my door hoping that would fix the issue & said they fixed it. I found out it was the sunroof drains clogged & it still leaks anytime there is a big rain storm. Then I had 2 bent rims they replaced them with 4 new rims & tires after I went to a shop & got a quote why my car was shaking while going over 60 mph that was something they swore they fixed before I even made the purchase. I was driving & I got service tire pressure monitoring system & I received my 1st oil change today since I got the car & asked them to reset it & they said there is No tire pressure sensors in my tires.Desired Settlement: I would like them to fix the air injection pump which they said they have 3 times & put tire pressure sensors in my tires like it originally had when I purchased the vehicle.

Review: On March 22, 2014, we purchased a vehicle from this business. The vehicle came with a 30-day warranty which states "the dealer will pay for 100% of the labor and 100% of the parts for covered systems that fail during the warranty period". Within 1- 2 weeks of purchase, we began experiencing shuddering in the vehicle when shifting gears. On April 29, we took the vehicle to a local mechanic for a diagnostic. The mechanic verified that the issue was with the transmission, and was recommending that we either overhaul or replace the transmission. The list of covered systems in the warranty includes "abnormal noise of vibration caused by faulty transmission" and "improper shifting or functioning in any gear". On April 29, we called the business to speak with them about it. The person on the phone said that the service manager would call us back. They never called back. On May 8, we called back and asked to speak to the owner. The owner was not available so we left a detailed message and asked to be called back. The owner never called back.Desired Settlement: We wish for the transmission to be repaired to 100% working order, either through a transmission overhaul or a replacement transmission. We wish for the work to be completed by our local transmission shop, and for the work to be paid for by the business that we are lodging this complaint with.
