Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11706768, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]We signed a contract every yearWe moved in January and Dawn [redacted] the [redacted] of the shared condominium building, sought other quotes on lawn and snow servicesShe advised Scott in March that his services would not be used in Our first bill was received in August for supposed April fertilizingThere were no phone calls from the business concerning the billWe had no idea there was a bill prior to receiving a copy late AugustWhen we contacted hi, regarding this we were met with harsh language I could almost understand an error that his staff fertilized without knowing we cancelledBut once he started swearing at us, that's no way to resolve anythingconcerning two mows, that would be absolutely falseHe was advised in March, well before mowing season Regards, Thomas [redacted]

I hired this company in Oct, to put in a brick patio with a pergola and firepitThe job was finished, not without issues, in Nov, but by March, 2014,both sets of steps and the firepit bricks were looseSome of the loose bricks were never glued downAfter numerous emails back and forth, several unsuccessful attempts were made to reglue the bricksBy the end of the summer of without being able to use the patio yet, I received one last nasty email from the contractor and then he refused to return any communication or make any attempts to fix the issueInterestingly enough, he orally gave me a year gaurantee which he did not put in writing, and my patio did not last months! Last summer (2015) I had to hire another company to fix his poor workmanshipThat along with an electrician because he cut my electric lines, cost me over $extraI had to re-seed the yard that he tore up even though that was his responsibility according to the contractThere are clearly issues with this company as I've since found out there are multiple addresses, email addresses, and phone numbersHis website boasts being accredited by the Revdex.com while their site has no record of this company name It's disgraceful that he can misrepresent his abilities and when his workmanship fails, he feels no responsibility to remedy it and he feels there are no consequences to himHe's gone by Basic Landscape, Red Tail Maintenance and Red Tail Lawn MaintenanceDo not use him for anything! I would never recommend him!!! The Revdex.com should be interested to know he's got a statement on his website that is if they truly have not accredited his business

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]We signed a contract every year. We moved in January 2016 and Dawn [redacted] the [redacted] of the shared condominium building, sought other quotes on lawn and snow services. She advised Scott in March that his services would not be used in 2016. Our first bill was received in August for supposed April fertilizing. There were no phone calls from the business concerning the bill. We had no idea there was a bill prior to receiving a copy late August. When we contacted hi, regarding this we were met with harsh language.  I could almost understand an error that his staff fertilized without knowing we cancelled. But once he started swearing at us, that's no way to resolve anything. concerning two mows, that would be absolutely false. He was advised in March, well before mowing season.

I work as secretary [redacted] landscaping company. He explained to me that Tom [redacted], a customer of about 4 years hired Scott to do work on his lawn. The work was mowing, fertilizing, and snow plowing. I recall having conversations with Mary [redacted] about the various jobs she wanted an...

estimate on. It's my understanding that everything was going well the years this work was being done. I didn't take in the phone call from [redacted]'s that they were going to cancel service. As far as a contract for lawn work it's not always done. Especially long time customers. Since I've been secretary, I've never had any problems with communication when a customer wished to cancel. I usually take those calls, but I do not have any record of [redacted]'s phoning the office. This year when no payment was received for fertilizing, Scott tried to call [redacted]'s. He didn't get a response.  At this time, Red Tail Lawn Maintenance requires a settlement payment of $149 for fertilizing this past spring. Also there were 2 times of which mowing was done for $80. Fifty percent is requested as reembursement for services.  ElizabethRed Tail Lawn MaintenancePh. # [redacted]
