In Feb 2020, I purchased a 4 night stay on Redweek at the Hyatt Residence Club Ka'anapali (Maui) through Adriana P. She answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly and provided a docusign agreement. Promptly after I made payment via PayPal, she emailed me the confirmation from the property that showed my name on the reservation and verified the type of unit and view I had rented. In March 2020, I contacted Adriana to inquire about options for canceling my reservation due to concerns about Covid-19. She responded within a few hours with various options. Because the rental was a final sale, she had no obligation to assist me further but she went the extra mile and even declined to accept my offer of compensation for the additional time she had spent assisting me. Based on my experience, I would definitely do business with her again and I would recommend her to others who are seeking a highly competent professional who goes above and beyond for her clients.
