Red Tower Regalia

I ordered a product online from this website https://nanweittool.shop on August 31, 2023. It is now September 16, 2023. However the charge on my bank account is from red tower regalia. I tried to contact them through their website with no luck. I also emailed the nanweit tool shop several times and all of my emails were returned to saying they couldn’t be delivered. I would really either like a refund or my product and for somebody to tell me what is going on. What an awful company and from what everybody else is writing it seems like they’ve had the same experience.
