ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Mikki knows her coffee and knows it well. She so sweet and kind and goes out of her way to educate you on the differences. I never knew how vastly different so many varieties could taste. You get to sample them, if you do a tasting at her roasting house. Speaking of her roasting house... Oh my!! SO incredibly adorable! And, this is a pristine CLEAN environment folks. You get to actually see and learn how coffee is roasted there. Oh, and she even has a fun educational video to watch when attending a tasting. And, the best part is: THE COFFEE... DELICIOUS! If you've never tasted FRESHLY ROASTED, you're missing out. Hers is roasted IN SMALL BATCHES, so it's always fresh. And now the cherry on top of all this goodness... her freshly baked treats to go along side the coffee: her scrumptious homemade breads, cookies and biscotti - YUM!
