To be clear and true to the facts, in the past months Red White and Blue has paid to replace two separate catalytic converters, an evap valve, and all labor and diagnostics affiliated with these repairs. The total costs of parts and labor were over $1000. The reason I mention this is
we have been working diligently to resolve the customer's issues.
*** has been in contact w/us and working with the mechanic - Gary F* I spoke to her about a month ago. At the time of her call, she indicated that she was having transmission problems. I offered to help her find another vehicle and she indicated she was agreeable to this. She never showed for her appointment that Saturday. In the meantime, we were waiting for a catalytic converter to arrive. When she had the mechanic install the catalytic converter there were no transmission issues, nor any mention of them from her
In any case, we will continue to work and help resolve the check engine light issue or we will help with finding *** another vehicle
