Product failures caused by excessive or abusive wear conditions do not qualify for exchange or purchase credit. This warranty is available only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. No adjustment will be given without the original receipt of purchase.

I received a email stating that I need to return boots to store I purchased from. I did that and I was told there would be a charge to repair. Boots were over $200 and didn't last 6 weeks. Also once returning home store employee didn't return my receipt to me. I contacted store and was told they couldn't find it. Now I have no proof of purchase.
