The company appears to have a decent softwareHowever, you should know that the company is deceitful in advertising the cost of the softwareThey advertise a monthly fee and then add on a $"Account Setup Fee" right at the end before you are about to purchase the software I called customer support and asked what they were setting up for me since I did everything myself online, they had no explanation and said I just had to pay it

I recently purchased a pair of WORX boots on April at the Red Wing store here in Colorado Springs after a recommendation from a friendAfter a couple of days of wearing them I realized they were actually too wide and made my ankles feel very soreSo, with receipt in hand, I attempted to return them days laterI was told however that the Red Wing unconditional return policy does not apply to the WORX boots that I purchased and was not at all eligible for a refund because they are not Red Wing brand bootsI was not made aware that WORX boots are not Red Wing boots and believed that WORX was a trademark of Red WingThe box that my boots are in does say "WORX by Red Wing Shoes" I was also unaware that a different warranty applied to the WORX boots that I purchasedI had been looking forward to purchasing boots from Red WingHowever, my experience has not been one that has gave me a favorable opinionI now have a $pair of door stops & I'm still wearing my old boots

The heritage line of boots are an american made line that tends to run a bit big. Their line does not have a comfort or return guarantee and the customer would not have been told that. Some customers get confused when they see Red Wing is the company our boots are sub division and have
their own policies. We are very careful when selling the Heritage (Iron Ranger) line because they are no returns on them. Men who buy them go anywhere from a half size to a full size down from what they measure. We ask customers to try them on in different sizes and walk around in the store and take as much time as they need to make their decision. Ultimately, we are not in the shoes and it is up to the customer to decide what fits them

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I am confused by this response as on January 3rd, I received an email from Red Wing customer relations informing me that the store was wrong for not standing behind the 30 day comfort guarantee, which only supports everything I have said regarding my experience when purchasing the boots at the store. (see copied and pasted email below). The email also informed me that they will send me pre-paid postage to return and exchange the boots directly through Red Wing, for which I immediately responded to and accepted the offer. Though I have not yet received anything from Red Wing to return the boots as indicated in the email, I will not consider this matter closed until they stand behind the warranty expressed during the purchase of the boots and now in the email from their customer relations department.I am not sure who at Red Wing wrote the response to the Revdex.com, but I believe that their is a clear disconnection in their customer service at least at their stores with what their sales reps are telling customers to get them to purchase their products. On Jan 3, 2018, at 10:36 AM, Heritage <[email protected]> wrote:David, Thank you for contacting us here at Red Wing Shoe.  We do greatly apologize for the delay in response to your inquiry.  First off, we would like to say, we are happy to hear that you were measured and fitted properly by Albert and that he did let you know how our Heritage Collection can sometimes fit a ½ size smaller to allow for expansion and break-in.  Secondly, we are very sorry that the Store Manager and sales associate, not Albert, did not stand behind the 30-day Comfort Guarantee that was so graciously and thoroughly explained to you.  This is definitely not the Red Wing way, and not what you should come to expect at our Red Wing Shoe Store, especially not a Company Owned location.  We would like to give you the opportunity to send the boots directly back to us here for a size exchange, we would also like to offer you a pre-paid shipping label.  Please reply with your address so we can issue that label right away.  We thank you for choosing Red Wing Shoe and for your continued support of our brand.  If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to ask. Best Regards,Missy H.Consumer RelationsRed Wing Shoes |314 Main Street |Red Wing, MN 55066 Follow us on Twitter and Facebook

The company appears to have a decent software. However, you should know that the company is deceitful in advertising the cost of the software. They advertise a monthly fee and then add on a $95 "Account Setup Fee" right at the end before you are about to purchase the software.
