I am rejecting this response because:Read through the previous complaints and see what makes senseI would have paid shipping for them to replace the unitI have the email where they said the part would work It's attachedAdditional research on this company online in forums and other postings confirms a second look is worthy before doing business

Customer Ordered incorrect parts, so he returned them, along with the return was a page long letter insulting us and our intelligenceHe wanted us to pay all shipping costs involved to return the items HE ordered incorrectlyAlso he wanted us to provide the correct items, which are more expensive
than what he bought, for free, then he wanted us to ship the new parts to him for free alsoWe gave him the option to pay the difference in cost in parts and provide a lebel for shipping back to him or for him to pay the return shipping costsHe is refusing to do so, we have done all we can for himCustomer did not realize there is a difference in and x Bolt Carrier Groups, and is blaming us for his mistake

Yes WE are correct that UPPER will work with your 7.62 x 39 as we stated. HOWEVER you ordered and returned a Bolt carrier group, NOT the upper! You Dont have any idea what you are talking about and youre making no sense. AGAIN This upper will work with 7.62 x 39 BUT you need to order a 7.62 x 39 Bolt Carrier group to go with it NOT a 5.56 one that you ordered. Your post and attachment just further proves our point we are correct and you are wrong. Please for your own safety and for the saftey of those around you, if you dont know how to build a weapon properly and with the correct components leave it to a professional to build them, or buy an off the shelf ready to fire weapon. And again you are free to pay the extra cost for the correct parts and the shipping back to you but you are refusing to do so. Instead you insist on continuing with insulting emails and responses here instead of accepting facts and moving towards the solution.
