Ms [redacted] was unhappy with her choice of stone from the beginning, during the template process it was unclear if there needed to be a backsplash piece behind the stove after the project was installed and paid for Ms [redacted] informed us that she needed a piece for behind the stove While being unhappy with her choice, she also mentioned that she wanted us to remove the stone that was just installed and replace it for free, something that we are unable to do as she made the selection and paid her bill, thus seeming that she was happy with the product We then fabricated a piece of back splash for Ms [redacted] that she was unhappy with the color on, we then fabricated a new piece that was a better match and got a letter from her attorney and now this complaint from the Revdex.com It has been unclear from the beginning of this project and complaints what Ms [redacted] s intentions were.If there are any other questions please feel free to contact me at my office.Jordan T***

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/06/19) */ The complaint stated that there were some boards that we failed to replace on the south end of your homeWe looked at the original proposal, that you were givenThe proposal stated that we would replace damaged sheathingWe went out on 06/16/to look at the boards and see if they needed replaced, We took pictures and inspected the boards and looked over the roofThere were some cracks in the wood sheathing which is to be expected with age, but they were not damagedWe roofed your house as described in the original proposal and feel the job is completedAll of the Lounged, sheathing was replaced as stated in proposalFrom what we saw when we went back out there on 06/16/2015, those boards are not damaged therefore they do not need replaced, Our recommendation is to call a painter out and have them scrape the old paint off the wood and repaintThe cracks in the wood should not cause any damage to the roof, but could be filled with caulking and painted overThis is not a roofing job thoughWe would be happy to give you an estimate on replacing the wood with new if you would like, but it is not necessary to doIt would be for cosmetic purposes only as it would not change the structure or soundness, of the roof

There are so many changes in the story of Ms***'s its hard to continue to follow what is going on She called me literally crying on the telephone saying that she did not like her counter top and that she wanted us to come out and remove it and replace for no extra cost to her As I mentioned we tried several times to rectify the situation with her and she was not happy with the outcome The gaps in between the wall and the marble are due to the wall not being flat, not the stone This was also explained to her as well We try our very best to scribe the back of the granite to match the flow of the wall but it is impossible for there not to be any spaces when the walls are not flush or level.Again, as I also mentioned we have yet another piece that was cut to go behind the stove in Ms ***s kitchen, during which process it was explained to her that she would need to have a 2xplaced behind the stove to hold up the stone, she mentioned that she didnt have anyone to do this and our installer said that he would also do that for Ms *** at no addition cost We did receive the letter from the lawyer and were under the impression after said letter and her negative feedback on Facebook that she would not be interested in having us come to her home anymore

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:On the contrary; I absolutely love my carrera marble counter topI however do not like the fact that EW granite mismeasured my backsplash and countertopEW Granite sent out their salesperson, Amanda O**, who was only employed for weeks by themAmanda mismeasured my backsplash/countertopI now have to pay additional monies to a different company to uninstall the 4" backsplash and reinstall unattractive 1/round marble pencil pieces all along the back wall to cover up the huge gaps from EW's mismeasurementsI gave Jordan T*** ample time to rectify this issue but I never heard from him after many failed attempts (I had already paid them in full, $3700.00.)Jordan told me he'd re-send someone over but never did. I had my attorney send Jordan T***/EW Granite a letter on 10/1/2015, who has yet to hear from Jordan/EW Granite.
Sincerely,
*** ***
